It's funny. Yuno has been one of my main characters since generation two. He was the first character I revived for generation four, yet bar his furry form I've never actually drawn or really envisioned him as a human.
First of all, his design went through a last minute change. Originally I planned for him to have Goku style spikey hair. I sketched a few plans but not one really turned out right. When I redesigned him part way through gen four, I gave him a pony tail and decided to revive it here. To be honest I think it works better than the spikey hair I originally planned. It seems to give him a bit of a professional look. I also wanted it to be more grey/blue but felt it gave him a bit too much of an old man look, so I changed it to being more blue.
His clothes are pretty much lifted from his furry version, right down to the designs on his shoes. The only difference being his jacket is now long sleeved and his light grey fur has become a shirt.
All of my characters have signature weapons and I wanted to include Yuno's - a lance - in this pic. However I decided to leave that for a later date.
I agree his left/the hand on our right isn't overly great, which is why I tried to hide it behind his leg . For the record, both hands have fingerless gloves.

What else is there... Hmm. For the new "generation" I decided to re-write his history a little. Before he's always been a wonderer who'd meet up with Silrun at some point and the two would team up. This time I decided to have the two raised together, developing a strong bond from day one.
And yeah, you're all probably wondering about the blade arm . No, he hasn't lost his hand and replaced it Ash/Pirate style. Much like how Silrun represents Light, Yuno represents Metal. Part way through gen four I re-vamped Yuno's powers so he could control thunder and metal. :devhayzon: used him in one of his comics, but becuase he already had an elec based character, put more emphesis on Yuno's ability to control metal, even going so far as to say in a bio page "Represents the element of Metal". From that point on I decided to make Yuno more and more metal based, to the point where I dropped his electrokinesis.
Initially Yuno was just a combination of Magneto and Musica - he could take control of any metal in the area (Magneto) and merge and re-shape it into whatever shape he wanted (Musica). In later reboots I also gave him the ability to trasnform into metal like the T-1000. However I also downplayed his metal manipulation by saying he can only manipulate metal equal to twice his body weight and can't re-shape his body too much (i.e. can't stretch and re-shape Plastic Man style) unless he absorbs metal, and even then it's mostly temperary. I wanted to show off his metal powers so I decided a blade hand was the best way. I used this minimate photo as reference [link] though you'll need to turn it to the right to see the inspuration I worked with.
And finally: Yuno Imzadi was the screen name of an old, old, OLD online friend back from when I first came online. He read and offered critique on my stories, so I decided to honour him by adding him in as Silrun's allie and friendly rival. Originally he was a mixture of Ryu and Mr Satan, a serious and powerful martial artist who breifly allowed the fame to go to his head. In gen four I changed him into the fun loving skirt chaser he is today, though I've tried to bring back some of the more serious elements. He was also more of a ninja in gen three but after deciding to give him a lance in gen four I took him more down the knight road. I like to think if Silrun is the laid back guy, Yuno is the fun loving guy.

Credit and thanks to !Boxsauce and *StaciNadia for their help. Extra credit also goes to !Boxsauce as he suggested I modified the pony tail into what you see.
As always, constructive critasism is appreciated and any tips are more than welcome. However please respect that I am a novice who's come back to drawing after 18 months. This picture may get re-worked depending on the feedback I get.
Yuno Imzadi was created by Peter Williamson. Any similarity between him and another character, be them original, established or real is either a conincidence or due to inspuration.
wanna chat?
Besides, Silrun is technically me.

Some Say, =Martini-Flame made my avatar and that I won't apologise for having a blatant Shadow recolour.
All we know is I'm called the Kel.
