Spreading Warnings

A journal by someone I follow, Shabazik has mentioned that he believes his account could ahve been hacked after accidentally clicking the profile. More details can be found in his journal:

WARNING possible hackingI was on my mobile device when popped up in dA a comment that was clearly spam. When I tried to report it -due to my fat fingers- instead I opened the deviantArt profile of the Spammer.
I quickly tried to return, when I was rocked out from my own account.
I hope it's just my fat fingers, and that visiting the profile of a spammer or whatever doesn't leave that they could hack you or something, and that was instead only my fat fingers in a small screen.
But until that is cleared out, I give you as a warning that maybe I have been hacked, so suspected of any links "I" send with suspicious standard messages, notes without clear issues and so on, or any other suspicious, weird or anormal activity in my profile.
Will try to contact the deviantart staff to voice my concerns.
Hopefully it's only my fat fingers and I'm being too angsty due my neardenthal levels of knowledge.

While I don't have the name of the account too hand and it may be unlikely someone could hack your account like that (although it might be possible with Javascript) I felt it was worth passing this along to hopefully prevent others from encountering a similar fate.
